🛒 Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for secure and convenient checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We ship to the U.S. with fast tracked delivery.
🕒 Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Movaqo ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and item size.


📦 Tracking & Delivery Issues

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your tracking number.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please double-check with housemates or neighbors first. If you still haven’t received your order, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at movaqostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not currently cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

We guarantee our products are free from defects on arrival. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Do your products come with instructions?

Yes, all applicable products come with easy-to-follow setup instructions either in the package or via email.
